Home care

After returning from the hospital, you still experience major changes in your body, leading to feeling tired. Try to sleep when your child sleeps, making sure to eat well. Pay attention to drink more water, help the body recover faster, produce more milk.

After 24 hours, you can bathe in warm, but very fast, especially important vaginal hygiene. If it is still too painful, you should consult your doctor for prescription medication support.

Usually, new mothers will continue to bleed for 8 weeks. You will even witness urine leakage when coughing, sneezing or laughing out loud because your bladder and urine passages are injured during the procedure. Kegel exercises will help the body regain control more quickly.

Digestive activity will have some problems in the first days after birth. Therefore, you need to be careful when choosing food, holding soft and easy to digest. In addition, hair loss and skin pigmentation changes are also common. This is a completely normal process because of hormonal changes.
