Our office space and move was made possible through a gift from the Jacober family.Our gathering room is being dedicated to the late Karen Jacober, a dedicated volunteer who passed away in 2006. "She held my hand into the joy of motherhood." Ellie Dos Santos (a mom who Karen mentored.)
Moms for Moms board member Rob Coulter was chosen for the "40 Under 40" award from the Providence Business News. We are thrilled for Rob to receive this award for his outstanding work in the community, including his dedication and service to Families First RI, Moms for Moms. Rob has served as the Vice President of the Board since 2010. Congratulations to Rob from your "family" at Moms for Moms!

Women of Excellence Award - On May 7, 2010, our volunteers received a Women of Excellence award from the Women's Center of Rhode Island. The award was presented during a luncheon in Providence at which Denise Brown was the featured speaker. We are so proud that our dedicated mentors have been recognized for empowering moms who need extra support as they face parenting challenges. We are honored to work with such a fabulous group of women.
